Warranty

Drago Gear warrants each product sold by Drago Gear (“Product”) to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the Product, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

Exclusions from Coverage
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

• Products purchased other than from Drago Gear or from an authorized Drago Gear dealer.
• Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
• Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.
• Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.
• Damage resulting from contact with high temperature surfaces.
• Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages, unless prohibited by state law.

Submit a Claim
If you have a warranty claim, please send an email to info@dragogear.com and include the following information:

• Your name and mailing address.
• Pictures of your bag which clearly show the defect, as well as pictures of the front and back of the product, clearly showing the logo.
• Pictures of the small green loop tag that is on the outside of your product that says either says “Drago” or “Drago Gear”.
• A photo of both sides of the white production tag inside of the bag.
• If you have a rifle case, please include the above information, along with the length of your case and a photo of the dividing flap inside of your case if it is a double case.
