WARRANTY
Drago Gear warrants each product sold by Drago Gear ("Product") to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the Product, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.
Exclusions from Coverage
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
• Products purchased other than from Drago Gear or from an authorized Drago Gear dealer.
• Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
• Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.
• Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.
• Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages (although some states in the United States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you).
RETURN POLICY
Drago Gear has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to Drago Gear within 30 days upon the receipt of your product.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems.
Drago Gear will only honor returns or exchanges on orders placed through the Drago Gear website. Drago Gear will not honor returns or exchanges on defective or damaged merchandise purchased at retail locations. Dragogear.com does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States. Shipping charges will only be covered by Drago Gear in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.
To make a Return or Exchange
1. Call us at 305-826-1511 to get an RA (Returns Authorization) number.
2. Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us.
We recommend using UPS to ship your return. If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package.
